Weird region in live viewer

Hi, i noticed this today. I m not sure its due to adaptive noise or to network rendering cause these are the new 2 things i messed around with. See image. Thanks

please, disable the "Minimize Net traffic" option in the Kernel settings.

I did and didnt seem to change something. Maybe overtime render is more even but at first passes is like this. I dont mind if it complete clears, just wondering. What is this net traffic btw? thanks
