lost in versions...

Hi,
I would like to switch to max2018. Is there a stable version for 2018 ? With max2017 I still use 4.30 3.053 .... which is my favorite because no problem at all, but don't work with max2018.
3.06 4.41 have issues, and it seems that a 4.42 should replace it. But I just see a 3.07 4.42... Where movable proxies option don't work.
Any idea ?

I personally find 4.41 quite solid, about which issue do you think it is not stable compared to 4.30?

You are right, 441 seems to be rock solid. But as you wrote in the forum you were testing 442, I was waiting....
I would like to use 3.07 for light updates, and 3.08 for some cool stuff.... but no.
So bad that there is no button to switch between beauty and noise pass in octane viewport.

swithcing from beauty to noise doesn't restart maxsample, but a fast button to swtich could be usefull..
I wil try to ask to developpers.

Lightwave have all active passes as buttons on octane viewport. Could be great to have at least "noise"

yes, C4D has too, Ive no idea if dsMax can have these buttons, I will ask.
