Motion Blur and Sample Scenes

Hi,

I'm rendering a scene and the motion blur doesn't seem right. My camera is linked to the car, so it's moving at the same speed with the car.

I rendered the same scene with vray using the "camera motion blur" option

is there a way to make render to look like this? (Same speed car is not blurred)

Are there any sample scenes I can download and explore?
