crazy noise issue

Im having a very hard time clearing up this reflection noise. The noise is coming from a reflection from the chrome ring around the engine cowlings. The sun is being reflected off of it and bouncing off the floor creating the noise patter.... I can not sample it out using many different sampling techniques. The only light source is the sun, and I have also tried using a light portal in front of the hanger.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try higher Caustic Blur. Maybe about 30%

trying that, with little results.. There isn't a specular material, so i don't think caustics are really a thing here.

try increasing your glossy depth
