Hi,
I want to get two 1080ti’s for my system. Should I be looking at blower / AIO style GPU’s or will I be OK with fan coolers ?

I've tried a lot of setups over the last few years. Best case is without doubt hybrid GPUs from EVGA. Don't get cards that are intended to be used in a case with great airflow (gamer cards). No matter what you do that won't work out. Get either hybrid and/or blower! If the to-be-placed cards have a lot of breathing space then I'd STILL go for hybrid and/or blower, since those allow more cards to be stacked in in the future
