Please see attached image: on the right it shows the vertex map that determines where the rock looks wet, rendered in live viewer. On the left you can see the picture viewer where the whole rock is wet and the vertex map is being ignored.
Setup is: image texture for diffuse mixed with itself and color correction, amount is driven by the vertex map. For specular I mixed black and white RGB spectrums, amount again being driven by the vertex map.
Any ideas?
