Octane live db is empty even though there is internet?

Anyone know why my live db is pitch black and no matter what i click nothing happens?

ah thanks. i fixed the problem restarted the computer. before i couldnt even click anything. i'd click a category and nothign would open up. in fact it refused to open up at all which was weird.

LiveDB is working properly here with 3.07-test-6a.
Please, check if the Firewall or any other internet software is not blocking the connection to to live.octanerender.com.
