No it is'nt; Octane Render does not stress CUDA.
Video cards generally require good cooling, when using multi GPU on board,
it would be necessary to use video cards foundry series, hybrids or liquid cooled.
Not recommended strix series or similar.

in fact precisely when my 3 cards turn I have one that works only for the screen and 3dsmax. so 4 cards.
but when I connect remotely to see if the rendering happens with Teamviewer my rendered failed! this is normal because I still have a dedicated card
