Hi,
Is there a way to turn up the lighting intensity of an hdri image, loaded as a RGB image in the HDRI texture environment, independently of the exposure of the image in the render?
HDRI's never give enough light in renders, and if I turn up the exposure or power of the image it gets overexposed.
Thanks

If you are using a HDR or IBL image, then the gamma should be set to 1, not the default 2.2. That may resolve your issue.

That also changes the image. Is there a way to adjust the light intensity without changing the way the image looks?

Set the Environment Texture Power to a number greater than 1 (do this by entering a number in the power edit box rather than with the slider). That also changes the image. Is there a way to adjust the light intensity without changing the way the image looks?
