I need a new PC. I'd like a motherboard with the capability to install 3 graphic cards (one for the monitor) and 2 for Octane, and the capability to instal 64 gb of ram. I need sata 3. CPU i7
I don't want to spend more than 400-500 euros for motherboard and a CPU.
Any suggest?

I would look i to Z170 platform that is already aging. You can find good mobos for abou 200$ & feel free to pair with quadcore. This would allow You to have up to four cards slotted at x8 lanes each.

Which is the difference between z170 and z270?
Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3P LGA1151 ATX or MSI Z270 Tomahawk Scheda Madre, Formato ATX, Chipset Kabylake seems to be not expensive...and cheaper than some z170
For the CPU:
I will use Rhinoceros, Octane and Photoshop...so i5 or i7?
