Please forgive me if I am missing something but I cannot find any info on the release of the pre-23 version for OS X.

Is there a release yet? If so, where can I find it? If not, when?

Cheers,
Rob

There's no version of pre23 for Mac or Linux. The devs are planning a new release of pre23 for Windows "this week", builds for Mac & Linux will follow "soon".

Cant wait ;)

BTW, has the material workflow changed anyhow from 2.2 to pre2.3? I know about the live db, I mean if you guys have added any new nodes (like more blending modes for textures / noises) or other possibilities.

I have a bunch of questions and suggestions about that, but I would rather wait to see the current state, if things have changed in the new release.

We started to add new nodes but we have loads of procedural node ideas for the final 2.3..

But your voice is always welcome too. Maybe wait to try pre23 and then see if it goes in the direction you thought of.
