convert occur error

Hello, in 3dsmax 2017 when click convert all from vray scene, the 3dsmax will crash and pop up a message shows Application Error, it happen on windows 7 and windows 10, I have installed cuda 8. How to solve this issue, please help me ?

Hi wesk,
never install CUDA 8, uninstall it please and make also a clean install about your Nvidia drivers,

I remember Octane need cuda? Anyway I'll uninstall the cuda 8, thank you! :D

I have uninstalled CUDA but the problem still occured, so re-installed windows system, install 3dsmax 2017 and octane 3 , the problem occured again. I think there has bug in octane convert.
