Hello!
I am doing some stone tiles with different patterns. The patterns are like ornaments and I would like to do theese with displacement. At the same time I would like to radomize the "stone" surface texture, and in normal cases I would do this with random effector for the UVs. Problem with this is that my ornaments also shift - which is a big problem.
In Vrayforc4d I would have solved it with a displacement modifier on my object, then stacked a "stone"-material on top with random UVs on it.
Is there a solution for this in Octane for Cinema 4D?
Random UVs for all but displacement

Can't you approach it the same way? Use the Displacement modifier on your geo, then apply the random stone texture to that object?
