[Problem] Can't drag and drop textures into Node-Editor

Hey folks,

as the title says i have a problem with dropping textures/images into the Node-Editor. It is supposed to create an ImageTexture Node but it doesn't work for me. I searched through all the settings in Octane and Cinema that i could've found, but didn't resolve the problem.

I appreciate any kind of help!

which exact version of plugin and c4d are you using?

I don't suppose that's about your settings/install. Some another software may block the drop operations. Please try without any plugins and give some details for your setup.

A friend just told me to run C4D without admin permissions and now it is working
