Hey folks, I am new to Octane Render and it's an amazing piece of software (will be even better when I slap in a gtx 460 :D ).
So getting into the graph editor I was a bit confused at first why I did not have any shader representations for my obj attached materials. Is the thought that you only build shaders when you want to reuse and or change and overwrite existing shader slots?

• I thought it would be nice if you could somehow get the "Octane Shader ball" on existing shaders that is attached to your obj file for when you tune.
• Graph navigation? Zoom out and pan around in the graph would be nice.....

Is this the correct way of thinking of the graph and when to construct shaders within Octane Render?

Thanks,
/Christian

This was discussed here

Atleast panning would be nice, yes, because the viewport is easily cluttered
