Hmm... is any of this using OSL at all yet, or are we not going to see any OSL goodies until 3.08?.. I was so excited that we had any new release, that it took me a couple minutes before asking myself; "hey, where the hell is OSL crap?...."

There is no OSL in this release yet. As I have written in the release thread we were originally planning to release OSL with 3.10, but since it took longer to develop than we hoped for, we changed strategy and are planning to release OSL textures in 3.08 and programmable materials (OSL and/or MDL) later. This release is version 3.07.

Just a second so can we use displacement on instances as random?
