I upgraded my videocard from a geforce 8600 GT to a geforce 250 GTS. I also upgraded my power supply unit. But everytime when i use octane my videocard stops working when it's rendering a few seconds and i get 2 black screens, but windows itself doesn't crash. I first had the problem with the newest nvidea driver, then I tried to install the drivers recommended by the website, i tried octane 2.2 and 2.3pre. But the problem is still the same. Please help!!!!!

regards,

Guy

Problem solved, something was blocking the fan of the videocard.

You're lucky if you didn't burn the GPU :)
