Hey Paul,

VISIBLE ENVIRONMENT HDR / texture environment node's X&Y rotation seems to be broken. Z works. See image below for clarity.

In fact, it seems as though the equivalent ENVIRONMENT setting has the same problem.

Would be great if you can fix this ASAP if at all possible since we need it for a project right now...

Plugin version - 3.6.4.47

Best,
Seeker

Hi Seeker - I don't think X and Y rotations have ever worked on the environment. From memory you can rotate X&Y via the Projection pin transform (but check for yourself). To be certain everything is working correctly, save you scene as ORBX and open it in Octane Standalone and check the rotations there.

Hi Paul,
We have used X&Y rotations in the environment before so they must've worked. In fact, I'm pretty sure they worked in the 2.x plugins.

We exported the scene to ORVX as you suggested and it works in standalone (Tx, Ty).

I'd appreciate if you could have a look at it for us. Without it there is no way to control HDRI orientation which is obviously important.

Many thanks,
Seeker

Hi Seeker - you need to rotate via the rotation sliders in the Spherical Projection pin, not the UV Transform pin.
