Inspector from Node Editor disappeared

Hello,

for some reason? the Inspector (for the Node/ Material settings) and also the Move/ Scale controlls disappeared...

I recently switched from 2.xx to 3.06.2 and had the Inspector for a short time. A few C4D starts later, its gone.

C4D Version is R13 on Win7.

Check NE Menu->Edit->Edit Controls

edit Controls is activated, Material Inspector still gone.
Any Idea what it could be or what could help?

Delete oct.dat in prefs folder and restart C4D. It may help.

I deleted the file, but no changes...

Also tried:

removed all other plugins
removed older Standaloneversions of octane
removed Bonjour Service (what caused some problems with Win7 but is needed for HDR Lightstudio)

I cant remember any minor Win7 Systemtweaks the last weeks or some that could make the Nodeinspector disappear.

I have no idea what else i can do?

I think it's a problem with R13/R14.
