Hi,

In order to make your life easier, we've added a possibility for you to release your OctaneLive Licenses from the customer area.

If you log in, you will see there's a new tab called OctaneLive account. Going there will list all your accounts and for the ones that are currently bound to a machine you'll see a [deactivate account] link next to it.

Clicking the link will queue a releasing process so after the usual 60 minutes delay, you'll be able to use your license on another machine.

Enjoy,
/M

Great news. I keep forgetting to deactivate my account before I go to work, so I can't play while I am there.

I was able to release my account on another pc through the customer area. I then ran octane on a laptop with a gt330m and octane said no supported cuda hardware on this system which is wierd since 3dcoat cuda runs fine on the laptop. So I installed verde driver from this link http://www.refractivesoftware.com/forum ... 8&start=10
Now I run octane and says I need to deactive license to activate license on the same machine. Lol.
I`ve read somewhere that installing a new driver will do this. I hope bug is fixed soon.

you can re-deactivate it through the customer area and then run octane again.

But yeah, we'll fix it.
