I have to change the computer but I can not sign off from the first one, I received the message " failed to deactivate all licenses"
I only use the plug in, not the stand alone software.

Hi videlam,
if your license is regular, please go to your OctaneLive page.
If your license is a subscription, please go to your OctaneLive Subscription page.
Then press the red Unlock button for both Standalone and plugin license. The counter will be reduced by one.
The web deactivation must to be used exactly in situations like this, only when you are not able to manually deactivate your licenses.
For doing this, you can start the Standalone, go to File/Account and press the Sign-out button. In this way, all the active licenses in the machine are instantly deactivated, without reducing the web counter.
Hopefully, you should not use the web deactivation so frequently, and the counter will be reset after a certain period of time.

Before following Beppe's indications, you may try first again making sure there isn't any C4d process hanging around in the task manager and if that's the case try killing the process and trying again.
