Octane VR - Cinema 4D - sign-in Error

Hey guys,

I am a new user to octane and loving it!

I have been away on holiday for the last week and haven't been able to sign-in to octane when I start up Cinema 4D. I had assumed it was a poor internet connection but being back home now it still doesn't work. I have reset my password 3 times thinking it could be that.

Anyone know a fix for this, or what the problem could be?

I suppose that you're giving wrong ID/Pass.

I can't log in via C4D either.

I checked my account and it says the plugin is active but says it not active in C4D (I'm definitely signed in as the right person in C4D).

I've emailed support but no reply yet.

Any ideas?

Heard back from support, apparently I had to cancel my subscription to Octane VR and C4D plugin as they're no longer separate items.

I've now resubscribed to the 'combo' which is one $20 per month payment.
