Getting blank page popup for Octane built-in help

Sorry if duplicated elsewhere, can't find. Getting started with OctaneVR 3.05.3 with C4D R18 and could def. use the built-in help. Unfortunately, when I click on the Help menu at the top of the various Octane windows or the question mark at the bottom of an object, it pops up a blank white window.
I am missing something? Is there a separate install for the help files? Feel foolish not to be even to get the built-in help!

Hi jeffreyhass,
the help file is not included in download, but you can always downloaded it and extracted in the c4doctane folder from any release discussion.
Now we are at v3.06.2:

Reading trough the first post, you can find download links based on your license (regular or subscription) and operating system, the link to the downloadable documentation, and a link to some example scenes for v3.
And this is true for any version that is published
Anyway, here is the direct link to the zipped documentation:
