I just did a fresh Windows install on my machine (Windows 10 before and after), and now I'm running into some HDRI lighting issues in scenes. This includes new scenes and old scenes I open up that had no issues before. There have not been any hardware changes except a new monitor..

Attached are images of an HDRI at power of 1.0 and 0.0001. Gamma is 2.2, have tried shifting it around to no effect. These are also HDRIs I've used many times before in C4D with Octane, with no issues. I feel like I've tried to tweak just about everything to find a culprit for this and no luck. It's almost like the dynamic range is really low for some reason?

Any help would be immensely appreciated!

Figured it out.

For some reason "Embedded (Default)" color profile is not matching the actual embedded color profile. Seems to be defaulting to SRGB even if the embedded profile is Linear. This is in the Octane Environment tag. Manually selecting Linear resolves the issue. It's still strange as this was never a problem before?
