Dozens of duplicate factory presets for Environment

How do I purge out all these duplicate "factory presets" that I have in my environment options? It scrolls for pages and pages and pages.

I think these are stored in C:\Users\[username]\OctaneRender\Data\OctaneRender_presets.oczdb. You can delete this file, or open it with the Sqllitebrowser application and delete the database rows.

that worked. first i tried deleting the files but lost my mats presets, so I then used the software you suggested and was able to delete the correct data to clean it up.
