Hey Everyone,

Quick question hopefully. I've been running into this issue where I have delay effectors stop working when rendering with Octane. I've done test passes in the Hardware and Standard render engines, where the effectors appear to be working properly. But as soon as I render in Octane, their influence goes away. This seems to be an off and on problem because I have rendered out things in the past where the delay effectors have worked with Octane. But right now I'm working on a scene where they just don't seem to respond in any way.

Any suggestions to remedy this problem?

Thanks so much.

UPDATE: I found out it was enabling camera motion blur that causes the delay effectors to stop working. Any idea why this is happening?

If you are using motion blur on objects it may need caching for these kind of objects. Plugin uses a temporarily scene to solve the matrices for moblur data. So it should be the reason
