Hey guys!
I have a project where I would need shadows turned off in the scene.
Its a circle plane infront of a plane and i dont wanna see a shadow of the circle plane one the backplane.
However using the Object Tag and turn off shadow visibillity has no effect. I applied it to all Objects, even the light just in case I didnt get
the functionality right. Nothing happens.
I thought maybe there is no shadow anymore and its just Ambient Occlusion, but then again I dont find an option to turn that off either.
Can anyone help on this?
Turn off shadow visibillity does not work

It requires "Alpha shadow" enabled. Did you?

yes its enabled
to me it doesnt seem like there is a real shadow, it seems more like ambient occlusion

Shadow visibility will not disable the occlusion effect which comes from environment texture. It's just for daylight and emissions.

This last setup by ed_mciver doesn't do the trick for me - works for anyone else?
Thanks
