Hi Simon,

Excellent work for 3.06 :)

Just 3 comments on the adaptive sampling that is a really big time saver.

a) Is there a reason why you didn't activate it as the default rendering type?
b) Is there any way I can use my own "default values" for the Octane Render Target at startup?
c) If I save a Render Target, some things are saved (e.g. Max. Samples), others aren't (e.g. Passes). Is this correct?

Best wishes,
Thomas

a) That's the way it is defined in the standalone.
b) No. Unless Carrara has a way to load a default scene on startup.
c) The save render settings on the Octane Viewport only saves the kernel settings. (I need to 'fix' that.) If you want to save the full render target use the Carrara save/load buttons on the Octane Render Target panel.
