Hey all,
Is there a way to load in a heavy data set VDB export (in this case) from houdini, instead of a fluid built within maya? I can't seem to find a way to create on or even load a cache in maya (2016) at all.

thanks
Matt

hi Matt,

We are considering to implement VDB support in Octane for Maya, hopefully soon ;) In the meantime, please try open VDB for Maya plugin http://www.soup-dev.com/tools.htm.
Kind Regards
