Renderfarm issue same data but different result

Hello,

recently i sent a c4d project file to a renderfarm (animarender.com).

Same settings, no changes, but it appears that the result over there wasn't what it looked like at my place.
I rendered it before over here, but due to time limit i did let them do it again.

On the pic attached you can see the liveviewer on the left, how it should look like. On the right the result of the renderfarm.

Any suggestions?

had similar thing couple years ago on couple identical HP workstations (xw6600, xeons).
Everything identical but 2 of them where rendering twice as long as the other ones.
After bios upgrade everything went fine and they were fast as others as well so that can be one thing to check out too, bios versions.

First check that you have same version on both sides and be sure for possible differences between some versions.
