My sincere wishes for a fast and full recovery.
Health is the most valuable thing in one's life, sometimes we give it less than it deserve, but I believe work is never the cause of health problems, actually I believe work, creation and success is one of the causes that get our health and lives better and happier. More than that, work that require thinking is a cause of a longer quality life.
What causes problems is the way we do things. We usually pressure ourselves because of reasons that are not really related to what we are really doing, e.g. make something to look good or worrying too much about failure. We psychologically drag ourselves in side issues that we actually cannot control, and this my friend is the source of illness and sadness.
Do what is right, do what you can do in best way you can afford, keep learning and thinking, be happy and proud of what you achieve while looking for the better results in the next step. Those (beside a good living habits and diet) are your way out of any health problems.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no problem with things being delayed as it takes. The important thing is that Terrence will recovers fully. I really hope it's nothing serious.

There is a reason why companies who care about their workers actually demand that they keep their holidays, weekends and dont work too much overtime overall, at least around where i live. Its no ones benefit if people get sick or depressed because of crazy workload. It costs much more to company to get people back in good shape after they get sick then keep them in good condition from the beginning. I have seen this myself, close person of mine was not in that kind of company and she was most efficient worker in her department, working like crazy but then she just out of blue collapsed totally, got so depressed she could not even read anything, answer phone etc. It took four years of professional help to get her back on her feet again.

Radiance propably just cant let himself to let loose a bit either, as a enterpreneur i know its hard to take time of when deadlines, getting enough money for employees wages etc haunt in your mind but if he cant do it then someone else has to step in and say we dont want you to die on your keyboard, here is a ticket to tropical island and see you after couple of weeks. Also just a suggestion, maybe Radiance should spend little less time in forum answering peoples messages and give that duty to someone else so he can consentrate in his actual job.

it was not a nice end to the wekend
Now you must make sure Terrence does not work himself to death
Octane is a very good product, hope it will be developed over many years, not a few months and then half-finished, people sick, full stop.
know it's hard to take breaks when things are going well, I had to get help with limit setting my self.
could not sleep, pictures flashing before my eyes, sounds from recording when I went to sleep,always tired
you have to take breaks often when you sit in front of a computer all day
