Possibly stupid question..
I've tried searching and not found much (other than a thread from years ago saying software render should be working).
Is there a way to get a quick software render that looks the same as my viewport? All textures and even flat colours are grey. I can't even remember if this used to work?
Cheers, Matt

What you exactly mean? Octane materials and some textures will be renderable in standard renderer for preview purposes.

I have to say that I too am experiencing the same problem. In the viewport I get colours as expected, but if I render to either software or hardware GL the materials come out grey.

You have to use Full Render not opengl.fatfreemedia wrote:I have to say that I too am experiencing the same problem. In the viewport I get colours as expected, but if I render to either software or hardware GL the materials come out grey.
