got a 480 frames animation i'm trying to render but the plug-in systematically bugs out on the 11th frame - restarting the rendering where it left off just bugs it out 11 frame later. is there something i should check ?
edit: i misread the error message which states *the frame couldnt be saved for 11 times* and i know where that setting comes from. Nevertheless, the animation rendering keeps on bugging every 11 frame or so.
edit2: i can confirm on frame 77 that the plug-in fails every 11 frames. i guess ill pause on frame 88 (if it fails again) and wait for your suggestion.

i did close daz after frame 88 crash and didnt read ocds log.
i've relaunched the rendering but so far, no crash (18 frames & going !).
hopefully this will remain stable - the restarting of daz must have washed away whatever bugged ocds.
i'll edit if the plug-in crashes.

Not being able to save the file if more likely due to running out of disk space or a permissions error than anything to do with Octane.

that second batch went flawlessly.
is it possible that changing the fps of the animation may have caused it to bug the 1st time ?
i created the anim in 30 fps then (once my key frames where placed) cranked it down to 24 fps - and immediatly sent it to render.
closing daz & then reloading the anim (saved as 24 fps) may have rounded some floating keyframes ?

You need to look in your Octane Log window when the error occurs to determine the actual reason for the failure. I doubt the FPS setting would cause it.
