Hi supermac,
Sounds like a sweet system. I would save a little more money and go with the quadro 4000 as it is a lot cheaper. The cubix boxes use a card that fits into either a pcie x8 or x16 slot. It depends on which version you buy. I know they make a pcie x1 box, x8 box and x16 box. EricNV is our contact here for the cubix stuff so you can PM him if you need more info. I believe the website for their stuff is cubixgpu.com. Prices show up when you click the buy now button under each product. EricNV can give you the cost for more specific builds though. Also x4 gtx480's would not fit in a single xpander box. They can support x4 single wide gpu's and x2 double wide gpus. There is a rack version coming out soon that will accept x6 double wide gpu's and x12 single wide. Hope that all helps.
p.s. What language do you speak? There are users from all over the world here so I am almost sure someone speaks your language.
