Does anyone have solution for using Backburner and network rendering feature together in current version of Octane plugin (3.05.3 - 4.30)?
It appears really strange - option works well in render from batch file and doesn't work at all in Backburner. Frankly speaking, it's annoying to compile batch file every time when a bunch of scenes need to be rendered.

Hi Morevision,
are you using a correct daemon version?

are these problems in Octane network or the backburner?

Hi paride4331,
Daemon version is the same with main Octane core.
Octane network works well in Octane window, in rendering directly from 3ds max and in rendering from batch file. As I got it right Backburner is just an interface for batch rendering. But using it network rendering doesn't work. How to make it work properly?

So there's no way except batch rendering to send several scenes to render using the same host computer?

Hi Morevision,
could you tell me about your computers hardware configuration?

Hi Paride,
The configuration is not something exceptional:
Workstations in local network with Dual Xeon X5660, 48 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Black 6GB

We use up to 6 computers for rendering with Octane license. Each runs only one graphic card on board.

Hi Morevision,
I do not think backburner is the best solution for your needs with 6 pc and 1 GPU each,
I think 3dsMax batch render and Octane network render is most performance/cost effective solution.
