I was testing the module code with the newer versions of Octane but it no longer runs and I don't see it included with the latest releases. Is it going to return? Or did I miss a forum post somewhere?

It's experimental as we're still making changes to the module SDK/API (which may have broken the earlier modules). We plan to finalize before 3.10. If you are OK with developing (and updating) your modules while we are in the middle of this, we can share the latest module SDK for you to work with.
