Hey,

New to Octane. Is there a reason why am getting jagged edges on my diffuse image texture (White Lines)? I exported UV's and painted white lines in Photoshop. Then applied over color with screen mode on a glossy Octane Material. Anti-Aliasing is set to best(Gauss). Hope that helps. Image is attached.

Thanks!

Hi bpisan13,
difficult to say, maybe an incorrect gamma value?
could you post a screenshot of the material in the node graph?

Don't use C4D shader as much as possible. Plugin converts them to images and use after that. It's 128x128 px by default. And It's resolution depended from shader2texture paramaters and also very time consuming convert process.
You are loosing the power of the Octane with this method. Again don't use these while you have possibility for creating by octane shaders. Use imagetexture, mix, multiply, etc.. rather than layer shader.

One last question. I am using the layer shader and the distort option inside on a material. What would be the best approach for that?
