Octane freezing during send the scene and restart new render

No you have to open before. And be sure to check your install. Try clean install also. Check drivers, etc.. don't know

I have the same problem with my live viewer freezing when I press the send to render button?

The scene is very basic and it only happens after I close and open the cinema 4d project. While I build the scene it works fine.

What I found is that when I press log-out from account section, it freezes. I'm wondering if it's like a server communication issue?
