and then:

so can you send me the instructions to my mail ?

No, not entirely, you can swap machines but you need to wait a time in between.

I have no Octane Live account yet, although I only just purchased Octane Render, so I don't know if it's automatic or manual (so far my whole registration process has been manual). There may be a delay. Of course, if 2.3 comes out and I still don't have it, I'll be sure to contact the email provided.

The octanelive accounts are not automatically created yet.
As of early next week they will, and monday we will resynchronize the latest users.

We recommend new users to work with 2.2 for now as our pre2.3 release is not stable.
