Hi everyone,

I was working on a project with the last Octane version on my GTX980TI computer.
Now that my new computer arrived (3x GTX 1080), I rendered the same image from the same project with the same version of Octane and it was faster !

HOWEVER... The image is a bit over exposed, a bit washed out. It's like someone tweaked the exposure button.

What went wrong ? :(
What can I try to fix this ?

Thank you

Very small information to make any estimations. There's not any different depends to gpus. Are you sure that you're running same version of octane? And do you have octane sky on scene?

Yes, it's the exact same version of Octane.
I have an octane infinite sunlight and many other octane area lights.
I don't understand what could have changed. It's like the sunlight is suddenly too bright, but if I turn it down I lose my shadow.

I'm not sure. We can compare results with yours. But you should send a sample scene to me. Is it possible?

Solved it: the octane sky was a good hint.

I had my octane sunlight set to "mix with sky texture" because I used an HDRI long time ago on the project. I had deleted the HDRI ski since, but Octane on my previous computer acted like there was still a black texture set on an octane sky. And this render was perfect.
Then, on my new computer, octane finally noticed the HDRI sky wasn't there anymore, so the "mix sky texture" box ticked made no sense. I just added an Octane Sky with a black texture and my scene went back to normal!

Thank you !
