Installing failure

I am putting the files that are the same version as the standalone with the plugins. V3.05.3

There is no r17.c4dl64 or any of the other .c4dl64s in the folder and thought this could be the problem?

My cards are up to date and cinema is up to date. nothing octane is showing up when i open cinema.

you download the correct standalone (regular or subscription), install it: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=58640

then you download the plugin from here viewtopic.php?f=85&t=58047 , unpack it and drag the folder into your c4d plugins folder and delete all but the r17 file. done.
