I added a new EVGA GTX 1080 Hybrid to my Titan and my 980 TI. So i habe 3 Cards now.

First thing in wanted to do is a octane bench..:)

But: My 1080 is shown but its not checked and it is greyed out in the List of Cards.
How come?

Any Ideas?

In Octane / CInema 4D the card is shown normaly. No Problems.

From what I understand OctaneBench does not properly measure the performance of the GTX 1080. Otoy has talked about updating the Benchmark app to work with it properly. But also... the next version of Octane... 3.06 is supposed to include optimizations to get better speed from the 1080 and pascal family.

thank you for your help.

so my first impression, that the 1080 was rather "slow"
when checked as the only card in octane c4d settings
was right, because it is not yet supported properly?

Is there a post about that issue
somewhere here in the forum?
