Is network rendering available for the sketchup plugin? if not, will it be?
Hi,
After the overhaul on the Octane Interface (currently near completion), the overheads on implementing network rendering will be considered. At this time, we cannot give a definitive completion timeline. Early indications are positive that this will be a relatively straight-forward (once the interface is completed). It will be easier to provide a meaningful update on Network Rendering (among other things) upon our next major update.
Cheers,
Maxc

That sounds good. In my opinion that is the next important thing since we are using Octane in a production environment and have several computers with CUDA cards sitting idling.
sorry to bring back an old thread but we are trying to get network rendering to work on our sketchup plugin, and i found this thread..
im using skecthup plugin version 3.04.4.5
i can get the network render to work on the standalone versions but when i go to the sketchuo plugin and click the setup network the other computer isnt found.
any ideas? does this version not support network rendering but still has the option to attempt?
