Glowing crystals?

Hi is there anyway to achieve this kind of texture. Unfortunately octane specular texture does not have emmiter only diffuse does but we still need see through, using lights is not an option because it will be scattered with itoo forest. thank you

It should work adjusting it on scale of your objects.
