hi,
i am having difficulties finding out, why only 55 out of 125 frames of a simple xparticles-cached animation are being exported as an orbx (animated package).
would be great if s.o. could have a look at this zip.
it contains the c4d-file, the chache-file, guess everything that's needed.
to make it clear: there's no error, no crash or so. it just stops the export at 55 frames and i don't know why.
here's the file:
http://www.mesutcapkin.com/temp/export_prob.zip
thx in advance.
edit:
the rendering in the picture and live viewer works as expected though.
it's just the export to orbx, that stops at 55 frames. since i need to render outside my own workstation i would need the animation to be exported completely.
need help, export to orbx only 55 out of 125 frames

switch what to manual range? the cache settings? already tried that, without success.
within in the orbx export dialog i don't see any options to set the range manually.

yes, i already tried that setting too before i opened this thread.
nothing changes.
have you tried the attached scene, do you experience the same issue?
EDIT:
AAAAAHHHH... now i get it.
it's the rendersettings of c4d, that need to be switched from "all frames" to "manually" and then the framerange from 0-124 needs to be typed in there.
this way it works! thank you very much!
how come? does this have s.th. to do with xp being in the play? usually the "all frames" settings works just fine...

When i wrote a short answer be sure that's the real answer. It's short because i can't spend much time to write long messages. I hope that makes sense!
Btw i don't know what you mean with s**t but it run every frames and works as how's doing in Live Viewer mode. It get data from viewport not from render output.

i believe to have asked for help in a polite manner.
also, i thanked you after having received that asked help.
if - due to the fact that english is not one of my most outstanding skills - there has been a misunderstanding making you feel having been adressed by me in an unpolite or otherwise inappropriate way, i want to beg for pardon in this case.
respectfully sir, i would appreciate if you could try and keep things polite.
i believe not to have provided any reason for you to adress me in such an inappropriate manner.
thank you.

oh, ok.
that's a misunderstanding then...
"s.th." (at least as much as my school-english memory serves me well) is short for "something".
as much as i am aware of "s**t" stands for stuff that comes out of a place where the sun don't shine.

So i believe there's not any problems. Also my english is not perfect to understand and every statements, idioms, etc.. as in Turkish.
Btw pls read my words and try to understand why i'm giving short answers most of time.
