As the title suggests, I'm having trouble getting my GTX 1080 to work with the demo version. It works in neither the standalone 3.04 Demo nor the Daz Studio plugin. Is this a known issue?

Update: 1080 is working for the standalone version, but I get an error that no GPU can be found for the Daz plugin.

Hi,
you need a version of Octane equal or greater than v2.26 or v3.3.2 in order to be able to render with Pascal GPUs. Unfortunately it seems that there is not an updated DAZ demo version. I'm going to report this, thanks to let us know the issue.

Hi,
I made the mistake of getting a Quandro p5000 card that does not work with DAZ 4.9. DAZ Techs had me install a Beta version which puts a load on card but no real increase in speed. Tech told me they had no intention of helping as card was too rare and expensive, but did suggest Octane as fix. I have downloaded the Demo, and the demo sees my card and will give me a preview of the sample scene. However I found out all the save option is disabled in the trial version. When I hit the "Final" tab I get just a render of the watermark, and I have yet to figure how to get my scene back after that. I have had to close DAZ and reopen to get Octane to show me the scene again. What am I doing wrong? It makes no sense to me to make a demo which limits the size and puts a watermark on the render and then not let you save or render a scene to see if it works on your system. The demo version number is the same as recommended here. I actually had 2 1080's in my system but did a remote render from my home to factory and found out it did not work in DAZ. Nvidia informed me none of their GTX pascal chip cards supported Iray anymore. Only their Quandro cards did so i bit the bullet and spent double the 2 1080's only to find DAZ did not support they recommended Octane as possible solution, but I can't tell if my card works since demo will not let me save or fully render the scene, as far as I can tell. What am I doing wrong?
