RGB colors not displaying

I have spent hours trying to figure this out. I am just trying yo make the surface a solid color, blue in this case. No matter what I do the face will stay white no matter what I try. I tried this on a different machine and it worked fine, that was when I realized it must be Octane. I uninstalled and re-installed Octane and the result is the same.
Anyone ever experience this issue before?

Here is a screen shot of my issue. Octane works fine on my laptop, on my desktop it is doing this.

Try changing Ray Epsilon in Render Target > Kernel. :? I PM'd you Thursday, wanting to help with this and the other thing, since I am a LW guy...
