ok - clicked unlock then unlock again and its still showing as 5 - is there a delay ?

also, seems weird that I have to lose a v3 unlock because a v2 is lost somewhere.

You may need to refresh that page. Are you able to activate your plugin now?

The license is now a V3 license so it works as all V3 licenses ;)

What do you mean, did it unlock the license that was in use in that other machine and are you able now to use it as expected or not?

no - all is working now. but I wish I understood what happened and I didnt want to use an unlock. but it's ok. - you guys should put an auto deactivate if not in use for a long time... pc;s die, break. you know it was not used for the longest time so "not really activated anymore" but still a valid license.

so as a paying client using up an unlock kinda sucks for an older version on a new license. - anyways - thanks again for taking the time to help. i appreciate it.

Keith

keep up the good work !

Thanks for confirming and for your feedback about automatic deactivation, that's something it may be worth looking into and would definitely help with cases like yours.

What I think happened is that that license had not been used in a long time in either a computer that you are not using anymore or before applying some hardware changes to your machine, making it look like a different system to Octane licensing-wise.

Cheers.
