The behavior that sbstnc described (the LV update always being one action behind) is how it has always been for me (at least since version 3). Selecting "synchonization on geo updates" fixed it. It's good to know about that option.
I've also been having the issue someone mentioned earlier were certain texture tabs (i.e. displacement) will disappear from the interface. It usually doesn't happen until after I've done something in that tab. Then when I come back to the panel for that texture later, the tab will be missing. It's a huge pain. It happens on both of my installs with this version.
I also tried the latest version to see if it fixes this, but when I click the button to send the scene to the live viewer, C4D freezes up and I have to force quit it.

What's missing? Emission tab? Pls take "res" folder from windows version and overwrite yours. Let's see results.wafflelad wrote: I've also been having the issue someone mentioned earlier were certain texture tabs (i.e. displacement) will disappear from the interface. Have you tried this build?

All of the tabs are there until I use them. The ones I've had disappear are displacement and transmission. I haven't used emission recently. It might do it as well.
I will try swapping with the windows res folder when I have a chance.
Also, that build you linked is the other one I tried and it freezes C4D whenever I start the render in the live viewer.

It's working on windows version. I know because i'm using %100 time all day but osx versions are just testing at small time.wafflelad wrote:All of the tabs are there until I use them. I'll test it at tonight. Not possible before that. Thanks for noting this.
