Blender Octane Demo Authentication Username / Pwd ?

Hi,
after install Demo of Blender Octane and Octane Server, the render still is not connected :

In the Blender Octane manual it says : ... Then on the render icon, enter your OctaneVR for Blender username and password ...

Questions,
1) where do i find the input fields for username and pwd ? When i click on the render icon, i don't see any.

2) I have not been given any username and pwd for Blender Octane. Where do i setup those ?

1. You don't need any login/pass for DEMO version. It just works out of the box, without entering any license data.
2. You need to have OctaneServer up and running before trying to render from Blender.
3. Sorry, as I see the DEMO version in main site's download area is archaically old... So with this version you may experience the OctaneServer just quitting unexpectedly in some cases - it may be the reason you get this message even if you have started OctaneServer before rendering in Blender...

Unfortunatelly I can't change the DEMO links in main site's download area to the most recent version. But I can give you a links here. ;)
